1. How do I receive my knitting pattern?
2. In which format are the patterns available?
All patterns are available as PDF files, which can be opened on any device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) using a PDF reader. Our patterns are interactive PDFs, often including links to video tutorials for additional guidance.
3. Can I print the pattern?
Yes! You can print the PDF file at home or at a print shop.
4. Do I need special software to open the pattern?
No, you only need a standard PDF reader, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader (free to download).
5. Can I sell items made from your patterns?
No, all patterns are for personal use only. Selling finished products made from our patterns is not allowed.
6. What should I do if I don’t receive my download link?
First, check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find the email, please contact us, and we will resend the link.
7. Do you offer refunds on digital products?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on digital downloads. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us.
8. Why is checkout not available for me?
Checkout is currently only available to customers in the EU and the USA. For all other regions, the knitting patterns are available through the Mono Knit Editions' Ravelry Shop
